While not as powerful as the 203, I would think a magazine-fed bolt-action shotgun would make up for the lack of 1 round power by allowing fast follow-up shots, speed of reload, and quantity of rounds available. Looks like it could replace the 203 all together in an urban environment.
Those little mini grenade rounds aren't as powerful, but I bet you can put a bunch of them down range in a hurry.
I can see scenerios where solders and LEOs use them as non-lethal alternatives while retaining fast control over their carbine.
Overall, looks like a good weapon, guess time will tell.
