I guess I'm ghetto then too, Christian.  But, as long as it works, I'm happy.   That's probably the most economical route neepster since surplus ones can be had for $5 rather than $40.

Hey Neepster! One problem I've run into with my G36C is that the mag clamp knobs sometimes get caught on the inside of the pockets. Many people end up cutting them off but then that kind of defeats part of the use of G36 mags. Any suggestions?

Yeah, get the pouches that are MADE for G36 mags!  You think the German Army uses ALICE?  (Or you could get rid of that thing and get a US rifle[:P])

And Frank, you don't have a G36 so what are you talking about[?]

Nick, yes you are.  We love you that way![:X][:X]

Yeah but not for G36 mags.  ALICE M16 mag pouches were designed for M16 mags.  Dude...

Tactical Vest w/ room for G36C mags
« Reply #6 on: February 24, 2004, 01:01:37 PM »
After all the fun I had last weekend, I'm looking to get a tactical vest to make it a bit easier on myself.  Trying to pull G36C magazines out of an M16 buttpack when under fire isn't that easy.

Anyone know a good tactical vest that the G36C mags (which are slightly curved) will fit into?

By the way, maybe I'm just getting too old (33) but my legs are killing me from all the kneeling and stuff...  am I the only one who feels this?

Chris
