23bps was there for years and believe it or not about 13 years ago they did have some airsoft. also I have already got permission we have a meeting in two weeks to discuss price hours and rules. we are looking at a January 5th opining, unlike the fiddlesticks thing psc fallows threw with what they begin. also just an fyi. the reason fighter town and ft was out in the middle of no ware is because his rent was CHEAP. MTT is out there so they can do live fire. and ft adobe is in town so i dont know why you mentioned them

I would say that with an AEG and some daylight so I can see out of my gas mask, Fear Farm would be a badass place to play.  Since I spent most of my time as a zombie, the uneven ground and corn stalks just made my act more believable, which I found pretty funny lol.  As for a fair price, I dont know, since I know nothing about the insurance and whatnot required to run such a venue.  That said, I know I would be able to afford like $15 a head for a game just about every weekend, even with gas to get down there and propane for my guns.

Looking at the field on Saturday when I was there, unless your rocking something shooting stupidly hard, there isnt anything within range of the field, unless someone decides to stand on the edge of the field and shoot out.  So, address some prop issues, and it should be pretty gravy IMO

Fearfarm would be perfect for airsoft so long as the price was reasonable id say no more than $20. I didn't go to the zombie game but I worked there a couple seasons when I was in highschool and always thought it would be sweet to have wargames there. Looking foreward to the opening in january ill be there regularly since I live just a few mins away.

It's a good venue. Much better than Ft Adobe, which charges $20.00 and offers much less in cover.
If and Until Henry gets Fightertown open again, Fear Farm would make for a great Saturday outdoor game.

Well you know how fighter-town had those safety nets to separate the fields. It might be pricey at first, but in the long run if we get to use fear-farm over time, it would be a good investment to put a large one up to the side with the soccer field, and shopping center. Just an idea, you $$$$ will be big at first, but it may work.

I had to use a 3x rifle scope to read the store signs on that shopping center, and my vision is 20/15 after correction. You're not hitting that with a plastic pellet even if you push it to supersonic speeds (that's ~1150fps for those of you who don't know).

Also, I'm not sure how often that field is used for soccer. When I went down there the day before the game, the field was partially flooded and completely muddy, there's no lines painted on the grass, and the nets were all stacked against one fence.
