Chase the wires and find the short. If no visible short can be found then you may need to replace the motor. Also check the trigger contact points to see if excessive carbon scoring or improper buildup is preasent.

well your gears could also be missing the teeth or the ratio is off.  because if they don't move or try to hard to pull the piston then you'll blow a fues i had that problem when i was rebuilding my MP5A4, which is now an SD5, i had TM M16 A1 gears in it with TM MP5A4 gears, which doesn't always matter but it would blow a fuse casue the gears would try to turn but couldn't, also you might have the motor or the wires backwards, happend to an idiot i know name Josh Grant! about the copper scoring and all, i couldn't help explain it but i could show you...so sorry no help here on the forums!

Chasing wires means to follow all the wires coming from the battery to the motor checking to see if at any point there is a break in the insulation (plastic/rubber coating) surrounding the wire.

When looking at the contact points, see if there is any black dirty residue on the metal.

But if there is no obvious place where the wire is frayed or split then the short is in the motor and that needs to be replaced.

Either way you will have to take your gun apart to find out what is wrong, if that is too much for you then take it to JT and let a professional take a look at it.
