Pretty neat. Although, it looks to me like it is a little loose fitting from the pictures.

Its a good vest, but its expensive. But if the price deosn't bother you, then thats a sweet vest.

I dont know what or who Oliver Drab is but as for knock off gear, buyer beware... you get what you pay for, even if it is $288.

As for the "du pont" cordura they dont specify if it is urethane backed or not and thought the stitching is probly legit the other materials (webbing and edge tape) are sub standard and will wear out. That being said guarder make some of the best copies of real gear out there, but it is cheap for a reason. I did notice that they changed a few of the designs from the praclete RAV, and I hope it is worth it. I would honestly stick to chest rigs versus armor carriers for AZ but to each their own.
If you did go with one I would go with OD (oliver drab), woodland is hard to re-sell.

Its probably not too bad a purchase considering the price if you really want the RAV look, but I'd make sure that you're set on that.  Getting rid of it without losing a fair amount of money may be a challenge if you don't like it.

I didn't notice anything different from either of the two I had. :P

i would have to agree with other people here, its pricy, and i would hold out for something better. i mean if you have the kind of money to throw it into it and not care too much then by all means its your choice. and if you do decide to perchase one i would recomend the OD. but my advice would also be to buy something of better.

Yah its not a good bang for the buck, although I don't own the vest but for 288 you can get something alot better.

wow fish way not to change your opinion on this one! but you know what did you say it was from Guarder? bc from what i have heard they have a some pretty good stuff...but i would stick to my opinion due to that i'm not to sure of that statement, its just what i have heard from 1 or 2 people and i would qualify that as a fact, so buy something of better value (sorry if this is like a double post i started out orgionaly shorter but kept spanding on)

I would go with a Phantom CIRAS instead of this. Much better bargain.

Or....get a real one!

For 288 bucks, get an Eagle RRV, a camelback, and a few cheap pouches from a site(TT I believe had, or is having a sale on M4 mag pouches and whatnot). Look around, I'm sure you can find "legit" gear, that would be better for you, than replica gear.

I really am a fan of paying Ganef for his custom gear. I do not have enough praise for him, I got a plate carrier and a hydro pack for less than a hundred bucks. Seriously man, if you want some bad ass gear, ask Dave.
