crane stock battery problem

my friends crane stock battery that he just bought wont work in his gun and wont even  charge on any charger. he bought it at SAD and so im pretty sure it should work but we cant even get it to charge

someone please help

yea we talked to an electrician guy and he said a cell might be bad

Maybe you should return/exchange it?

Are you sure that the charger works?  Can it charge other similar batteries?
