I am so utterly Pissed off with Airsplat.com  Honestly I will never purchase through them ever again. The two USP's I ordered through them both got here on time.. Well The extra mags I got for them are not even the right ones for that matter. Airsplats support doesn't even have a phone number so you have to contact them through emails... That takes a week for them to even do..  On top of this they finally said they were going to exchange the bad 2 mags for the correct ones.. In that time I called someone and ordered another USP and made sure he got the right mags this time.. Well they sent the wrong ONES AGAIN.. They did it AGAIN not even within a week they did it AGAIN! On top of all this .. I now only have one good working mag because the mag that came with the second gun is DEFECTIVE!!  See if I ever purchase through them again...

I have to say, there is more than enough bad things thrown around about airsplat that would convince me not to order from them.

That said I have only done one order from them because somehow they had the Systema parts I wanted for cheaper than even the HK retailers.  That order went fine.  But, I still wouldn't order from them again.

I tend to deal with only the major online retailers.  Most of my stuff has been ordered through redwolfairsoft.com.  I have never had any problems with them.  My suggestion would be to ship it all back to them, and dispute the charges with your bank. Good luck though.

Fuck airsplat.....  they fucked two of my orders.  I reversed the charges on my credit card on the last order and offered to meet them in court.... they declined.

I only order from AEX or Depot53 where I personally know the ownership/management.

Will reporting them to the BBB do any good?

Too bad there isn't an airsoft version of that site, the consumerist.

They kind of have to be apart of BBB in order to report them to the BBB. That is my interp of that.

How ever I can charge back everything I have bought and see where that goes. :)

The BBB is a waste of time.  They only have authority, if you call it that over businesses that affliate with them.  Most of what they do is try to mediate, but they fail at that most of the time.  You could do a write up on them at ripoffreport.com, but most airsofters won't check their before purchasing.  Your best bet, would be to post your experience on as many airsoft info sites as you can.  From what I gather airsplat doesn't have a good reputation as is, but you may prevent someone else from making your mistake.

About a year ago I ordered and payed for 2 piston/cylinder heads, they only sent me 1 set. After about 2 weeks of trading e-mails I got frustrated and wrote it off as a loss.

I will never do business with them again.

Maybe they've changed management since then or maybe their customer service department just took a dump. I've only ordered once from them and that was for an MP5, it came in ok, but it seems that they need to get the order right the first time or else it'll be hell trying to get what you paid for.

I ordered a humble UTG sawed-off spring shotgun along with a package of BBs over fourteen months ago. Everything came through fine.

Heh. It's funny remembering how overjoyed I was with that shotgun...

I resolved not to order from them again because I just started hearing about their bad reputation after that first transaction, and I figured my luck would run out eventually. (My airsoft spending limit was twenty bucks a month way back when.)
