I just wanted to thank everyone who came out and helped make this event one of our most successful and memorable games. The action was intense, most players fought honorably, and the scenarios played out almost exactly like we planned. I hope everyone who came out had a great experience as well. Tell us what you thought about the game, and feel free to post any comments about the game, good or bad.

Thanks to everyone who came out to the MTT Big Game. While we didn't get as many people out to the event as we had anticipated, this by far was one of our best military simulation adventures yet.

It was my pleasure to lead the US Special Ops during three intense missions. During the first mission, the insurgents ambushed and slowed down the Iranian Agents enough so that our squads were able to secure five key locations during mission 1. This allowed our team to utilize grenades, a medic, a mobile respawn point, and access to one airstrike.

During mission 2, the US forces were unable to maintain security in Basra as the Insurgents worked with the Iranian forces to expel the infidels from the city. After an danger close airstrike was called in on our own command post, the US forces regrouped to capture the village west of Basra. During that time our forces captured the Insurgent spiritual leader and held a meeting with him earning a point during the mission.

The two points earned during mission 2 would be critical to the success of the US forces in mission 3. The Insurgents and Iranian Agents fortified a local school. US SPEC Ops were assisgned to raid the school and capture or kill the spiritual leader. The initial assault on the school went well. However, as the teams made their way into the maze of classrooms, the team took heavy casualties. It was only through the use of smoke grenades and medical supplies that the US forces were able to eliminate all of the defenders within and capture the spiritual leader with five minutes to spare.

Thanks to everyone for putting up a great fight at Rise of the Insurgents II.

I'm looking forward to training and working with Task Force Ranger at the upcoming TFR Training Missions and Black Hawk Down at Fighter Town!

some clips I put together from the event.  Video is 10 minutes long so I lowered the quality for upload.  Let me know if you see yourself in the vid.

skip to 5:48 for the most amazing physical display of the game!

Infidels.. I noticed when I got home that I still have your death rag you let me borrow.. I'll be sure to return it at the next event I see you.

Game was great.. really liked the incentives for deaths and unlimited respawns for the most part made the game much more enjoyable/honorable.  Great play by all teams... by far the most fun I've had at an airsoft event.

I had a lot of fun. It was my first time to the UAC and I liked it quite a bit. The drive is kinda far, but it was worth it to me. I got about 100 minutes of video from the Iranian point of view on the game and I am working on getting it into one sub-15 minute video for YouTube.

EDIT: Video is up.
