Hello MTT,

It's Drew W.  I'd like to make an update to my RSVP list:

I'm already attending with my GF Erika Clark, both of us as Somalis.

But please add one more + 1 for the Somali Militia Team, my brother Ian Warner.

So in Summary:

Drew Warner = Somali (Paid)
Erika Clark = Somali (Paid)
Ian Warner = Somali (Not Yet Paid).

He'll pay at Gearbox this Friday or Saturday.

Can't wait for this one people.  Should be as fun as the last, and not quite as hot (hopefully).  ;)

Early registration closes tomorrow at Gearbox Airsoft at 7 pm.  Please note that game admission for those who are not MTT Annual/Season Pass owners, prepaid players, or those who have made private arrangements to pay at the game will pay the walk-on price of $40 for Somali Militia.

Our roster is close to full, but only 12 players have prepaid and 15 more are MTT Annual/Season Pass Owners.  The other 30+ players have not prepaid or requested alternative payment methods.

In the past our staff has made exceptions for players on the day of the event, however, the goals of the prepay system were designed to have players visit our sponsors and help the staff get solid numbers for game design, vehicle expenses, and raffle prizes.  Unfortunately, this system has not worked well in AZ and the event guidelines will no longer be modified.  As such, those who prepaid or are MTT AP/SP owners will have the play for the prepaid price.  Those who don't make private arrangements and show up on the day of the game, will be able to play for the DAY OF EVENT ADMISSION.

One final note, MTT has had a great time hosting BHD at Fighter Town over the last year.  This version of the event will not return to Fighter Town.  The event is being modified for a larger game at the MTT UAC in 2012.  MTT will offer at least one new airsoft adventure at Fighter Town later this year.  

Event info will be emailed out to registered participants tomorrow evening ,Jan.8 and on Sunday, Jan. 9.

So I'm guessing that any type tactical gear (vest, elbow/knee pads, ect.) is allowed, just not clothing... Correct me if I'm wrong.

The first batch of emails containing the schedule, rules, and missions have gone out.  The next round of emails will go out to players when our staff picks up the registrations on Wednesday, Jan. 12.

Final game rules will be emailed out on Jan. 15 to those who email MTTStaff@gmail.com to request a walk on space.  There are over 50 prepaid players and Annual/Season Pass Owners signed up for the event.  Walk on spaces will be sold at the event to players who arrive the earliest.  

There is a game limit of 50 Somali Militia and 36 Rangers.

Marauders Airsoft will be selling a limited number of Season Passes at Black Hawk Down.  Season Passes are valid until March 30.

The passes will cost $20 each and will include:

-Free admission to OP: West Wing
-50% discount on Marauders Training Challenge
-$20 discount on admission to Left for Dead
-A two for one coupon to one MTT live fire program (Tactical Shotgun Jan. 29, Basic and Advanced Pistol Feb. 5-6, Tactical Rifle Feb. 19, Tactical Mobility Mar. 5)

Passes can be reserved for pick up at the game by sending an email  to MTTStaff@gmail.com

Looking to be a really good game! most of the rangers from last time, that i know anyways, seem to have switched to militia, and you CAN play on the ranger team without attending the training IF you have attended a previous black hawk down game with MTT

I believe you can only be a Ranger if you have previously participated as a Ranger twice before in this BHD event.
