KWA Mags
« on: April 19, 2011, 07:48:19 PM »
I need help finding out what mags work in a KWA M4 cause for some reason my standard KWA mag isnt feeding right into my standard M4 when i use a 9.6v battery on full auto but when i use an 8.4 it works fine. It just stops feeding after 20 shots and then after a couple seconds its starts feeding and then continouisly does that. Help?

its probably not the mag, your gun is cycling faster on a 9.6v opposed to an 8.4v. So your gun is either cycling too fast that it has a hard time loading the next round (probably not cause its a KWA) or your gears arent getting a good grip on the piston teeth which accounts for mis feeds. I would get your gears and piston checked just in case. (i dont know much about the internals of airsoft gunz, but i do know the basic operation of gearboxes so u might want a second oppinion on this).

That could be one of the problems. The air nozzel is moving too fast for the bb to load of that the tappet plate is not pulling back far enough to let it feed trough.

lol.. you should have said something at the field.  The problem i had was, shoots perfect in semi, when i would go full-auto i would get 1 shot out of 12.  Fix "Sector gear" was bent, and the faster it shot, the less amount bb's down range.  When APD switched them out, now my gun works real good.

The gear was fine, the main shaft, was very slightly bent, you couldnt really see it.
