To necro bump a thread a little bit, you could also start with this gun as a base:
APS Urban Assault Rifle. Pretty close, IMO.
Didn't think of this gun being close to the M82, IMO. I mean it looks like it would, somewhat. I do LOVE this gun though, I want to pick one up so bad ;_;
Just have to have some vision...
This is just basic photoshop, easily doable, the stock is the only question because have to find out where vital pieces are or not to figure out what you could cut in the rear to shape it that way, otherwise the rest of it like the whole front end would be no problem fabrication wise.
