Speaking of metal bodies, the M4 I took to Cold Burn is going to be getting one in the not-too-distant future.  I've narrowed the choice down to the G&P version and the one by Hurricane.  Any thoughts?

I've got the G&P one. I ordered a Hurricane body from Airsoft Shop overseas and they sent me a G&P one instead. I have to wait almost a month, so i wasn't going to send it back and then wait for another. The G&P is nice, it's a little darker than the Marui plastic body, but has a better finish. The fit in the mag well is tight, I had to file it down a bit to get the G&P mags in, but the Marui standards fit good. It does have a quick takdown feature, just pop out the front pin, and slide the upper receiver and barrel forward, and you can instantly get to the barrel. I like it, but I wish i cauld have had the dust-cover pop-down feature, which I think the Hurricane has.

That's interesting.  I'd like some hard info on the Hurricane bodies before I make my decision, but it's good to know the G&P bodies are usable.

Yeah, they aren't too bad, but my experience with them is that it takes a little bit of filing so it fits right, but im not sure if its like that with all metal bodies. Each one has its pros and cons
