Tried that literally about 50 times today, 4 of the times I spoke to someone and they were "checking my order" without even getting a number..And then...The system or they just hung up on me or directed me to a mailbox..They will be getting a mouthful tomorrow when I break to lunch.

Did I say how I talked to them? NO, infact the first 3 times I simply asked to find out when my order was going to ship and whether it was OOS or not, the fourth time I said "Look, I have called 3 times, and all 3 times you hung up on me, can I just talk to someone without being put on hold to check my order?"

I bet you know alot about being "ANAL" huh?

Let them have it, but be professional about it dude.  Any retailer worth their weight in sh*t will make it right.  

Keep in mind that they haven't done you wrong.  Sure, it's been anything but flawless, but you never know the whole story.

With a credit card that was CHARGED. I called and spent an hour at lunch either on hold, being hung up on, or just sitting there... Now I have an hour after school to call them and I get the same shit. FUCK BOTACH.

It wasn't my credit card...And, actually, they wouldnt see how old I was... There is no excuse, Botach fucked up and will get to eat my shit for breakfast and then after I bitch them out for a few hours(which they deserve) then they will ship my shit to me before next weeks game, or I will be fucking pissed.
