LOL, I am here to tell you there isn't much call for the M203 in CQB. (at least not the real ones) They are much better at encouraging people inside to come outside and play.

My dad always jokes of putting one of those mosquito molds m203s on his Hi Capa. Quite funny really. :)

Yes there is. You forgot about all the other little things besides HEDP rounds that can be thrown in there(CS, and shotshell)!

What about the XM1060? That would own for CQB.

Well, MOUT is different than "CQB". MOUT is just operating inside urban terrain. Where CQB specifically refers to fighting indoors. With that:

I don't know anything about the XM1060(other than what has been disclosed already), but the reason why I don't think it would be effective in CQB is becuase of its arming mechanism(possibly, I haven't read anything stating otherwise, but they aren't going to disclose operational capabilities to everyone). Normal M433 HEDP takes 35 meters(I think) to arm itself, or it will just impact without detonation. Cool when you hit someone directly(seen what it does, but I'm not referring to fuckin' "Over There" with that cheesy impact).
