AirsoftArizona Sponsorship

We are trying out a new idea here at AirsoftArizona... if you are at least 16 years old and wish to join AirsoftArizona and play in AA games without a parent being present, you can now try for sponsorship.

A sponsor must be an AirsoftArizona member for at LEAST one year and have gone to at least 5 games. He/she must also be at least 25 years old and have permission from AirsoftArizona to sponsor someone.

A sponsor can only sponsor ONE person for the year. All sponsorships end on December 31st and (if needs be) must be 'renewed' with the sponsor player at the beginning of the year along with the necessary membership fee.

A sponsor can terminate his sponsorship at any time for whatever reason he/she sees fit.

The potential sponsor MUST meet with the sponsoree's parents IN PERSON on a day OTHER than when an airsoft game is being held. The sponsor MUST have at least one of the parents sign a paper stating that he (the sponsor) "will be 100% responsible for their son or daughter and their safety during any AirsoftArizona events they attend for the remainder of the year."

Sponsoree's must be at least 16 years old and abide by all the rules set forth by AirsoftArizona for those under the age of 18.

The sponsoree will be considered a full AirsoftArizona member, but can ONLY particiapte when his sponsor is present. He receives all the benefits, responsibilities, etc... of a full member (including paying the yearly membership fee). BUT, for example, if his sponsor has to go home early from a game, the sponosoree must leave as well.

Full-Auto and our other airsoft sponsors retain the right to refuse to sell to anyone under the age of 18 regardless of their status in the AirsoftArizona organization.

Once a sponsoree arranges for a sponsor, they may fill out the membership application.

Essentially, this sponsor program allows responsible, veteran players to act as proxy for a minor's parents.

ALL the other rules and regulations remain unchanged.
