Assualt Weapon is media hype bull shit. The actual term is Carbine.

You can BUILD an AR-15 for pretty cheap, however you need to have the know how. I suggest you buy a lower and upper seperate.  Remember, that with firearms shit is going to be EXPENSIVE compared to Airsoft stuff. REMEMBER you get what you pay for. The more money something cost you the better it's going to be, and the less you'll have to deal with it breaking on your ass later.

Try Del-Ton, they have some great prices. http://www.del-ton.com/

Airsoft Items FOR SALE / SRC M4 200$
« on: September 15, 2007, 12:53:39 AM »
I have an SRC M4 that I bought last year that has seen VERY little actual use. It's been plinked around. I originally bought it without a metal body, but got an aftermarket one, had it installed by jerimiah (SP), as well as CA gears and an m120 spring. It's shooting somewhere around 400 FPS, but I can't guarantee it. The orig. SRC stock has also been replaced by a CA one. This gun has some problems so please shoot me an E-mail or give me a call.
It will come with the Original SRC carry handle. The handle is plastic;however, the sights, and knobs are metal. 5 Mag magazines, and an SRC highcap.

I didn't hear anything about it, although the 7-11 at 35th and Bell did get robbed recently.

Nanos shouldn't freeze.
The only iPods that experience the freeze bug are the vids.

You had to have done something.

There is a restart function too.
For the Nano, you hold down the middle button and menu at the same time.
This will restart your iPod and unfreeze it.

Thanks for the link, damn they look serious in that picture...Reminds me of that rapist look.. hmm wonder why.
Also about changing the tactics, I don't mean to be negetive but taking a UTG to one of those airsoft games would be like knife in a gun fight. Plus I'm more of a rusher, I wear all white, a shiny belt buckle, a flame beanie, and I can't stand silence.

How in the hell are you not being negative. A UTG would work fine. The Different of even 100 FPS does not hinder your range as much as one would think. Especially in the urban area at The Marauders field. Additionally, that's a terrible anology. Knife in the gun fight?  Seriously.

I have a feeling this will turn into one of those many "drum mag discussions".

Sorry I wasn't being very specific. I had an AK 47 MAG drum, on a AK74. And that couldn't be done in real life, I would need to get a AK74 drum, which is very rare.

I hate to slide more into the bullshit, but wake up, kid.  If you go to a fuckin' game that's being put together by OTHER people and you don't like the rules, then leave. That's not people being Nazi-Mil-Sim. It's you not wanting to play by someone elses rules. If you don't like it, run your own damned game!

This is where we must differentiate between this "Forced Mil-Sim", and people who just don't like the way things are run.

Because the game was CREATED to be mil-sim.  If you have a problem with it being 110% mil-sim, go play paintball.

Don't be so fuckin' arrogant. You were just sucessful in making me think you're 110% dumbass.

I think alot of people just get into airsoft because they like mil-sim aspect of the sport. I guess those people just get pissed off when somebody with a few highcaps comes along and has an advantage or something. Who really knows? Draw your own conclusions.

Gas Powered Guns / WA Infinity 6 Inch limited
« on: October 11, 2006, 03:26:57 PM »
I had just got an Infinity from a guy off these forums, and have run into a problem (my fault). When the hammer is in the down position (Not half cock), pulling the trigger causes the hammer to move up slightly. I don't know what causes this, but would really appreciate advice. I was also wondering where I could find the spring that applies pressure to the safety and the slide lock. (It's hard to explain, I can provide pictures if more insight is needed.)

Thanks in advance,
Scott

From what've I've seen, the drum mag wasn't very reliable and didn't really feed that well.

Who the hell cares if these guys think a drum mag is realistic on a Stoner Rifle. I mean, it's so unrealistic they don't even make real ones, for real rifles, for real people to use, to shoot real ammunition, and kill real people. What "Mil-simer" would use them for airsoft guns? Honestly? People would laugh.(Please sense my sarcasm)

Solution=Beating the living shit out of him untill he understands that you are right, and he is wrong. It's the only logical solution to these sorts of things. Addictions can only be handled in one way, and that's an ass beating.

Troubleshooting / Feeding Issues
« on: September 02, 2006, 11:50:25 PM »
I have an SRC M4, and all that has been internally altered in it is 120 spring, a CA sector gear, and a 9.6  Battery. I've tried multiple mags that work on other AEGS, and I have no idea what is wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can give more details if it's necessary.

Thanks in Advance,
-Scott
