The ONLY good electric one under 800 is the TM PSG-1. Anything else you will have to build yourself.

So far, I haven't seen a single SR25(.308). G&G has one, I'm sure you could gut it, and make it worth your time, might be a decent weapon.

Personally, I would stay away from any sniper rifle that isn't gas. I checked out Brian's(IcePlatinumSky) M700AICS...and its fantastic. Excellent range, consistant accuracy and shot placement, virtually no diffence in FPS between shots(Stayed a consitant 460 or so with .20s). I'm thinking about picking one up personally, but I don't know how much I would use it. I think I'll stick to being a regular rifleman.

Heh heh. You called me Vince. My name is Ryan. But I would wait to call people by their real name until you've met them.

TM Ak-47 with SVD conversion and lengthened precision tight bore barrel.  Should cost you around $700 if you shop smart.

You could bring it up to JT and they would help you out with installing everything.

I know you said no m4/m16, but SPRs are VERY nice.  G&P makes one, but i can't comment on it since I build mine from an SR-16.
