1) Slash tires (only do it once, they'll lok for it the second time).

You'd be better off removing the valve stems from their tires. It's not illegal to let the air out, since you're not doing damage. (FROM WHAT I'VE BEEN TOLD BY POLICE)

I don't know how legal the valve stem idea is, but do it to 2 tires on each car. Saves time and will really piss them off, since they only have 1 spare and 2 flats!

In my opinion, messing with cars or circuit breakers wont solve the problem. My brother has the same problem with his neighbors dogs. Spray them with mace or pepper spray when they bark. The burning of the eyes and throat will shut them up. Eventually they will learn to be quiet.

First we're bashing homosexuals....now African Americans.  This is turning into a hate thread.

CS gas. Canister type (grenades) are a bit of cash (usually $40-$50) but the tablets are much, much cheaper. Basically, you put these on a outdoor burner and they sublime into the necessary gas. Nothing says "I hate you but it's illegal to kill you" like a good dose of CS. Watching people come out of a gas tent is one of the more memorable experiences I have (well, besides being in it myself).

Or, if you just want to scare them, surplus orange smoke grenades (for boat distress signals) can be had for about $8. These are more for effect than anything as they are only mildly irritating to breathe in.

Hey Delta-

Is Colonel Hella still at the AFA?  6 years ago she was full bird- I don't know what she'd be today.

Carson Staughton Gas.  Its a less-lethal incapacitation gas.  Some people call it tear gas, but theres like 100 different kinds.

It sucks to breathe that's all that counts. I hated it.

But you have to admit, a bunch of people running seemingly aimlessly in a field with their arms stretched out, tripping and falling over things as they couldn't see anything beyond their own tears, with mucus flowing down their chins is kind of funny to watch. Not so much fun to be one of those people, though  :( .

Oh, as for Colonel Hella, I honestly don't know. Usually people are only here for 3-4 years as an officer.

It's 12:54am as I sit here and post this.  I have to be up at 4:30 tomorrow to head off to a rink, and I cannot fall asleep...because of my neighbors.

We've called the cops a few times, because they leave their dogs out all day and night, and they love to bark, howl, etc.  Oh, did I mention my neighbors are flamboyently(sp) gay?  Yeah, picture Siegfried & Roy, and multiply it by 10.    Well, tonight they're having some party... I dunno what's going on, but it's loud as hell, cheering, screaming, yelling... music (Cher was cranked for about an hour 11pm-12), and plenty of cars honking their horns.

These bastards have lived next door for about 8 months now, and when I only get about 4 hours of sleep per night on the weekend, this crap really kills me.

Any solutions some of you may have to end their obnoxious behaviors?

personally i am a vendictive bastard what they do in one night will be paid back 10 times fold over the course of months  post up a addy and who knows some tping and antiquing may start too happen on a constant basis lol

as far as a party  you have a party and invite all of us loud peolple and lets return the favor

fun stuff i will bring the beer and steak
