You shouldn't hotlink images like that.  Its poor netiquette.  Save the image and host it on your own webpage, photobucket, or imageshack spot.

A regular flag on the right arm means you are retreating.

A reversed flag on the right arm (like the one in the picture) signifies running into battle.
