A \'touchy-feelie\' CNN reporter, while interviewing a Marine sniper,asked,
"What do you feel when you shoot a terrorist."  The Marine shrugged and replied, "Recoil."

Great read, thank you for posting the link.  I am new to airsoft, so it answered a few of my questions.

Yeah perhaps, but since they are from a retail site i'd take them with a grain of salt.  Their content might be biased to help promote sales of certain products.  Stick to places that aren't trying to sell you something for information.

I looked through it and it seems to be pretty un biased. Their is really no "name-dropping" or speedy toys, however it is the author giving his personal opinion on what gear is good. I did notice it was more european based, as far as camo and companies he used.

So yes it is an ok guide...

Maybe next time I should quote what I read and responded to here is that so I don't sound like a blitering Idiot..

Quote
What you wear next to your skin, under your jacket, is equally, often more, important, than the jacket itself. In summer, a light tee-shirt is probably best, but in winter, you MUST have a good air-trapping layer, or you're likely to get not only rather cold, but slightly exposed as well. Think about a 'Norweigan Shirt' style of light-weight jumper; its got a 'terry-towelling' inside face, which traps air, forming a surprisingly warm layer next to your skin. If it's unreasonably cold, either a fleece layer jacket under your camouflage jacket, or an army 'wolley-pully' are good ideas. The idea is to build up two or three layers of insulating clothing, over which you wear you

This was covered in the second paragraph of the linked item.

Well it makes sense now.  For a minute I thought you were crazy, or lost.  Either way not a good condition to be in.  :D

I found the information to be good.

I like how it explains airsoft snipers, and how hard it is, and uncommon. But yet shows the best way to do it.
