New Stoner Model
« on: April 10, 2008, 10:51:28 AM »
Clarence Lai had a model I believe five years ago and we haven't seen once since. Since I'm a big custom gun nut I thought this looked pretty cool (and cleaner than Lai's).

The KAC Stoner LMG is a very lightweight LMG, and is a very nice machine gun.

Then again, anything by Knight's is very nice.

I think it's cool that there's a nice airsoft replica of it now.

As for the size, it around the same size as a M249 with Paratrooper kit, so it's very small for a machine gun.

The original Lai gun was a monstrosity in both weight and look. He married a standard M4 stock and tube to it. It looked like a toaster with a rail system.

That's the original. I think only about a dozen were made before the Chinese government closed his shop down. He still makes "racing pistols" and has recently come out with a few custom shotguns and sniper rifles, but that was the only big project that comes to mind.

From what was on the market then it's actually kind of impressive if not a bit boxy.

Nate, it looks just like the real thing to me.  If you don't like the looks of it, blame my bros at Knight's.

http://www.knightarmco.com/lmg.html

It's an updated Stoner 63.

Not such a big deal now that Mk46 is in the system, with it's part's familiarity, but still a nice gun.

The real one, I mean.

What I'm most excited about, though, is the KAC PDW coming out from VFC.  :D

I guess I'm really picky. The selection of stock on the original Lai model is probably what got me the most. The stock on the newer gun just seems to sit so much better.

Btw on that PDW I REALLY want to see the battery placement on a gun that size.

Zulu the bullets are fake and are there just to make the gun look complete!

I\'ve touched that gun with my hand which had touched my penis. I hope you did not touch your mouth after touching that gun. That would mean your had put part of my penis in your mouth.

I dont remember the company, but I thought they were releasing the Vietnam Stoner LMG. I got excited when I saw this thread. I know Smokey's had a Conversion kit for the M16. But hard to find.
