I'm currently using an
MRC Super Brain 977 Pro and recently all the batteries I've tried to charge seem to charge, but once I connect them to any of my airsoft guns they simply click when I pull the trigger. Its not even enough to pull the spring back for one complete cycle. I've been looking up reviews for my charger and things don't look good, apparently these units tend to give out due to a lack of a fuse in the power supply. However in my case the unit still powers on and charges, but the end result is the same, none of my batteries charged with that unit can pull a spring on any of my airsoft guns.
I've already purchased a new battery and tried to charge it, the result is the same. I'm having a friend bring his MRC Super Brain 969 Pro, its still working and I'm planning to charge my batteries on his charger and try to charge his batteries on mine. If anyone has any recommendations on troubleshooting this unit I am open to it. I am also open to any recommendations for other chargers. In my brief google search, the
Triton II Digital Peak Charger came up as a superior charger, at least to the RC crowd.
