Come see the new CQB AZ Airsoft field changes!
« on: March 20, 2009, 05:26:26 PM »
CQB AZ Airsoft is open this weekend from 12pm - 11pm on Saturday and 12pm - 9pm on Sunday!  Come see the new and improved field changes!  We have upgraded some of the structures on the field for more intense CQB scenarios.  We have greatly improved one of our 'attack and defend' structures to offer a more realistic breach environment.  Also some of the general design has been changed to allow a better flow between both halves of the field.  Come check it out!  :D

The field at CQB AZ Airsoft was designed to be completely modular so that it can accomodate the demands of the players.  We are always open to any suggestions or comments on the field design to improve the CQB experience!

A special thanks goes out to Jerry G. for assisting with the field changes!

We look forward to seeing everyone!

Do you guys have rules against c02 powered classics at the field? ie. (Escort/JAC Mp5's, AUGs, M4s.)

We allow green gas and AEG/AEP's only.  All outside guns must chrono at 330 fps or less.   :D

I essentially use a green gas setup. Its just I use a cheaper, more efficient gas like compressed air. Very
easy to handle and replenish. All my systems are fully adjustable so, FPS does not sound like an issue.

Some people just aren't familiar with classic airsoft systems, so I always like to ask before I show up!

Sounds like a great place to network and get some MP5 time in!

Looks like fun, but with the random people that come and go to airsoft skirmishes,
Id be worried about non-cohesive behavior, especially since this type of combat requires
you to be somewhat efficient at small unit tactics. If I were to go alone and try to wing it
with a bunch of strangers, that would be my #1 concern.

Only one way to break the ice, and that is to get out there!

This place is cool. A few games I used a cheap spinger shotgun just to mix it up. Got a few good kills in with it.

Team Phantom usually just rocks the other team until they are forced to play strategically.  The variety of people usually doesn't matter much.
