That's sick.

With that, you are now a part of the big boy club of cool gun ownership, where you can quit calling it "Real Steel."   ;)

Thanks Sarge, I appreciate that.  As to the can on my other post, I'm still deciding on which AAC Suppressor to go with. The M4-2k is looking like a winner right now.

Probably going to order it within the next two weeks.

Nice!  Does that a $5 tax stamp or a $200?

It would be a $200 stamp for the Form 1/4 and a $200 stamp for the Form 4 for the suppressor.

Ok...thought you'd meant just for the suppressor.  I'm getting ready to set up an LLC so I can buy my first one myself.

You don't need an LLC to buy your own NFA items.  I suppose I am misreading your post.

I think I know the answer to this, but what's the coating on it?  Looks nice, in any case.

I think he is confused between a destructive device FFL and an NFA/Tax Stamp item. If you are collecting for personal use, you would have to transfer from your FFL to your personal collection anyways, well, you are supposed to.. ;)

Nah, I don't think he is.

An LLC is not the same as an FFL.

He has his head on straight - an LLC is a viable method for acquiring Title II stuff.

Yes I know that, but I was referring to the fact that having a business period is required to obtain a dealer FFL. Most people start off with an LLC.
