hello from PV
« on: January 10, 2010, 10:51:57 PM »
i am technically new to airsoft, but not really. i know the mentallity because i used to paintball, and i know the military style strategy, however i dont know the rules or a whole lot about the weapons. i am thouroghly hoping to get into tournies later on like this one.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pkt-Q48l7gI or at least that style of play.

i have 3 airsoft guns now, but trust me they are not anything special.
a double eagle M85
a Well d90-h
and a Walther P99

is there anyone who can kinda help me out? get me into the sport? or gimme some tips or something?
be my friend?! haha

Step 1: Purchase airsoft gun (You've started on this one, you won't know for sure until you try them out on the field)
Step 2: Browse to the Games Listing/RSVP section and RSVP for a game.
Step 3: Go to the game, don't be a douche, and talk to people there.
Step 4: You will have made friends.
Step 5: Email me at axisofoil@gmail.com and we'll talk about stuff (I'm also in PV, so it makes it a little more convenient if you ever need help with something)

Well, some people go to a game, they see a small group of douchemongers, and act like them to fit in. It actually IS an important step to not be a douche if you want people to 'be your friend' on the field.
