Recently purchased a KSC Glock 18c, and as most people, lost the infamous part #258. (That was rectified thanks to Ron from Gearbox Airsoft, I urge everyone to go there!) Now, the issue, I did not know how long this piece was out, and did not notice it until the gun stopped firing. I thought that the pin (which holds in the selector switch) would solve this, but it didn't. Now as to the technical side of what's happening, I can pull the slide back, and pull the trigger, and nothing happens. Semi safe or Auto setting. I heard someone say that you could press down on the hammer with the slide off, and this would cock the gun, and then you could pull the trigger to fire, but mine doesn't do that. And with the magazine out, when I pull the slide back and pull the trigger, I can see the hammer fall and poke out. Does anyone have any clues? I spent 150$ on this thing and haven't even gotten to play with it yet. Anything would be helpful!!
