yes the KJW will shoot 470 out of the box but http://cradleairsoft.com/Cradle_Airsoft/Home.html makes all the parts to slow it down. I have one and LOVE it. I have the TB, the piston cup and vol reducer. I am shooting 395 now.

The biggest downfall for the KJW's is the mags... They are a waffle mag style and require a special tool to fill them.

No, I need it to shoot 390-420 FPS and no higher.

No, I need it to shoot 390-420 FPS and no higher.

Than buy a velocity adjuster or make one and you should be fine. All the guys on here that run the KJW run it just below 400.
