Operation Oasis

PART 1 RECAP
20 years have passed since the last nuke fell and civilization, if it still can be called that, still lives on...Now run by military personnel who survived, colonies are more like military militia on the hunt for new land and anything that can help their survival...

Tan Nation, being a stationary colony, has decided to stay put and defend to the death any outsiders who may stumble upon their oasis. Supplies stock pilled and morals high, Tan Nation feels secure.

Green Nation felt their survival hindered on a nomadic lifestyle that depends on pillaging to gain new supplies. Traveling for more than three months and supplies running low, green nation is getting desperate but finally finds Tan nation's camp.

Refusing the deal to stay and help out in exchange for supplies, Green Nation builds camp outside Tan Nation’s village. Fearing a threat and the possibility that a battle may break out any day, both nations mobilize and gear up for a full out war.

During the recon missions a couple of Tan civilians were captured as bargaining chips. Tan refusing to do business in such a manner, a war now seems more of a possibility than ever!

PART 2
The next night after the first battle, the green nation wakes up to find the nation of tan and all of the suplies missing. Urgently needing new suplies and medical aid for the soldiers who were wounded in the fire fight the night befor, green nation sends 3 sniper scout teams in different directions to find out which way tan may have went.

Moving as fast as they can, tan nation over night has decided to retreat to the safety of the high lands where a old castle still stands in which they can better defend off any intruders. After the execution of 2 of the 5 hostages that were taken, green nation is not to be trusted and isnt worth bargining anymore tan nations civilan lives to them for their enjoyment!

As the green nations snipers return knowing the direction of the highlands, green nation quickly gathers up camp to follow. Moving closer to the tan nations make shift castle, scouts for tan alerts the general and another battle seems eminate! Gearing up for another battle tan nation sets up defending posistions around the castle and along the trenches to combat the forceful green nation from amerging from the forested hills.

With 2 of thier civilans already dead to the nation of green, tan will not lay down easily. Support riffles and more explosives to be used by tan, green nation has a bigger battle than they expect on their hands.Over night the first round of fire fighting takes place as green nation launches a sneak atack on tan leaving 2 crucial scientist susceptible to attack by tan nations recon team!

As intel on where the scentist are being held within green nations camp arives to tan, tan  nation simultanously launch a recon team to intersect and capture the scientist alive to use to creat a biological agent to be use against green in defense of tan!

ive added a over head view of the location...the square box in the middle will play as the castle and the open field with creek will play as a sort of no mans land with trenches! theres also a small hill just to the left of the cabin which makes for good defenses.

Would you happen to have a map that covers a little more area? I am curious where this will take place in relation to the upper and lower lakes.
