I dont know, but i would imagine they charge out the ass for simple repairs considering how bloody expensive everything else there is.

Take it to gearbox, they know what they're doing and are pretty reasonable about pricing.

I think when i had my spring changed the charged me like 20-25 or something, the price if you purchased the gun at vanguard. My buddy did not purchase his gun there and was charged like 35 i think.

considering that gearbox wanted $40 an hour to do a simple trigger job. And that dose not include the part. 20- 25 sounds ok if they do good work.

Gearbox generally charges $30 for anything that requires opening the Gearbox.  I'm not aware of them charging $40/hr for anything.

I second the gearbox, the service I get their even just browsing is a million times better than I got at Vanguard even as a PAYING customer for both an over-priced product and playing a days worth of gaming w/bbs and mask.

Nothing against the employees of Vanguard as the refs were friendly and fair (employees in the store section were a bit distant), but I just didn't feel as 'welcome' as I do when I have an in-depth talk with Ron or whoever is running the counter. Also the price difference is not even up for debate. Gearbox wins there hands down.

There is really no debate here. Just take it to Gearbox. You'll be happy you did.

no debate at all, I have had Ron and the boys at gearbox work on every gun I've ever owned and they are awesome, the customer service is great and they are super knowledgeable!
