Lets read what you said, again... "Their tactics are terrible." WOW, for someone thats never been in the service, you sure have a huge knowledge of right tactics and wrong tactics.  "I would at least expect someone who has had military training engrained in them (especially a Ranger) to remember that you never pass in front of your cover fire when moving. Basic movement 101." Once again there derek, you know what your talking about. "They need to watch their own training video." Ya still not calling them out? Id say you are... "That's what I'm saying. In the first couple scenes, they seemed to have forgotten how to stack up when moving in. And that's just the beginning." Is it just the begging oh mighty derek, the guy who knows more than ex infantryman. "For ex-mil, those basic movements should be practically muscle memory." Well derek, maybe this convo will teach you next time, think before you speak. Just because you play airsoft, doesn't make you a MilSim expert on tactics. Maybe before questioning, you should have done some investigation. I hope this convo can humble you a little. You can call me a troll, or what ever you like. But the bottom line here is... your wrong.

P.S. Im not trolling, im just finishing the mess you started.

Did I ever say I was an expert at MilSim?  Did I ever say that Rainbow is not?  No.  Again, you have misinterpreted my posts and have replied out of emotion and anger because you took offense at your own interpretation of what I said.

So does this mean I should join the military within the next 6 months before I am too old so I can get your inner-circle-veteran approval?  Perhaps I should leave my job behind, along with my three boys and wife, just so I can have your respect.  And when they ask me why I joined, I can respond "Because I want to impress InfantryScout, Sir!"

Let me spell it out for you one final time:

The video shown in the above link labeled "Juggernaut" has some tactical movement flaws in it and is very Hollywood.  If the intent of the video was to show proper movement, it didn't do it's job.  But it was an entertaining video.  These words were echoed by Squid himself.  (In case you forgot, he was IN the video...)  Go read his post above.

Thanks for proving my point.  Happy Easter!

Thank you guys that have served. Unfortunately the number of guys who say they have and really haven't outnumbers the opposite. You explained your video and I thank you for that. I just cringed at someone wearing a ranger scroll on his mask in an airsoft video. It's usually the opposite story.

I'm not here to judge anybody but when somebody is obviously searching forums to see who's looking at their's then outright attack people on comments made that raises red flags to me.
At this point I really don't really care what these guys are doing, I think it's F'n dumb.
Make a crappy video of what represents their team and then defend it with "we have vets and a ranger" because someone calls out the queerness of the whole thing? That"s why we're calling it out on the first place. This whole deal that we can put out a video that shows awful tactics and then use the "Hollywood" excuses because "it's airsoft" and airsofters don't know shit because they never served it total bullshit. I have friends that served. I have teammates that served. Get off your high F'n horse.
Thank you if you served our country. It doesn't excuse the piece of crap video's that you produce to make everyone else think you're BMF's only to defend it with "we served we can turn out crap and you have to like it" mentality.
IMHO the masks are cyber-gay.
The video is RPG-gay.
The RAD-gay dude at the end doesn't call his F'n hits.
We're supposed to respect this garbage?
Get lost.

:-s Um, I agree with squ1d on the ... Anyways Toast I was just stating that the thread be locked because it brought more negativity then positivity. And btw I posted this thread asking for peoples opinions and constructive criticism which is exactly what Derek brought. TBH they weren't searching the internet I gave them a heads up because I dont believe it's right to talk behind peoples back who are just trying to improve the airsoft community. On the other hand I believe infantryscout may have misinterpreted Dereks post.  And by your words it seems like you could make a video thats better then this in terms of editing, story/plot, tactics, etc. Now I don't know you personally so if you could thats great but you should'nt bash them nor use the word GAY seeing it's disrespectful, immature, and your 38. Anyways I'm done here if everybody wants to bash me go ahead.  :D/

Well that word's up for interpretation.
I could mean gay like two boys f**king...
I could mean gay like an old time Christmas.
Sorry that the internet is such a immature, disrespectful and insensitive place.

Im not apart of the Rainbow team, I live in Texas so I cant be. I dont search forums to find who is talking sh*t. I can find that anywhere. I happened to just stumble upon this one. Im sorry if I misinterpreted dereks post, I apologize. (Though I still think its disrespectful to bad mouth people you dont know) But f*ck you haters out there who think you can do better. Im with Bishop on this one... If you can make better videos, than do it. If not, shut the f*uck up and enjoy Rainbows awesome videos.

I hate people who use that completely ass backwards logic that only someone who can make something themselves are qualified to call it crap.  You don't have to be able to make a car to know that your call that falls apart is crap.  You don't have to know how to make a gun to know that a gun that blows up when you shoot it is crap.  Videos are no different.

Edit:  Oh, and your claim of being in Texas is a load of crap too.  Your IP address says you're in California and your email address is used on several California airsoft sites.  But I'm sure that all just a big mistake.

I half agree, in this case I don't see any facts supporting how the video is crap other then saying they themselves and there mentality is crap. Somewhat like judging a book by its cover

But f*ck you haters

Seems very contradicting to me. Your use of the internet-ized term "haters" has lost all respect from me, and has revoked your privileges to claim your mature or an adult.

Hehe, and Xavier says having admin powers does nothing. Yet it gives you the ability to make us all laugh, does it not?

Maybe he is going to claim he bounced his signal off a California ISP to stop hackers. Time to break out the Trace Busta Busta Busta.
