Special ops mission fake?

Well I had watched special ops mission a while a go and thought it to be a legit show that actually had a cool idea. But I was watching the pirate one and there was one point where Will turns a corner with a gunman pointing straight at him for a good 2-3 seconds them takes his gun off target looks straight up at the sky and takes two in the chest. While his buddy on the upper level simply runs away and let's his friend be dragged away
 Now i don't think that people of there caliber would be taken out so easily and run away especially a marine.

Isn't that the old tv show (that ran only like 5 episodes?) on the military channel?

I saw one episode where Will did get killed.. but I have no doubt they probably took certain liberties to make a watchable show... I imagine in several episodes he was spotted early on and they probably had to "reset" the scenario to get enough footage for an hour long show.

Yah definitely but besides for minor slip ups that are needed not to happen to make the show, most of it is probably real. Or at least to a certain script.
