just go out and have fun, be yourself, play honorably and you will fit in just fine.
there are literaly hundreds of great peolpe here that you will be able to play with on a regular basis.
go to the fighter town game this week end and you will meet lots of great people.
I will echo spazz and chino's sentiments, it really isn't that hard to get onto a team, it just takes time and humility. If you are able to be patient and humble, you will most likely find a good team to take you in. Do the exact opposite and of course you will just piss everyone off and might end up being a pariah in the community.
