Third man in runs right across the room.. Run the walls please, nah but its a nice vid makes me want to watch the finished film.
The very atmosphere of firearms anywhere and everywhere restrains evil interference, they deserve a place of honor with all that\'s good.

There is a room clearing technique called "room domination" and it has operators grab territory in the middle. Seemed appropriate for a hostage situation where the 'package" is already in the middle.

The finished film is by no means a exercise in tactical doctrine, but more of a projection of the male action adventure fantasy.  I never knew making a movie is so time intensive. It takes me 8 hours to do post-production on a 20 second clip.

I'll post the link as soon as I'm finished.

Why does none of the opposition in the first video have a reaction to people coming into the room? They don't even try to put their guns up.

I was attempting the illusion that the team enters too fast for the 6 tangos to respond  Perhaps I should make it 'slow motion'.

*** EDIT ***  I further edited the clip and reduced the whole footage by 2 seconds and there is no evidence of bad guys just standing around now.  Thanks for the feedback. You helped make the film better.

A zero-budget amateur short starring our local airsoft team, Knight Watch. My wife and I have no training in movie making, and our cast was only 6 strong. This is our first formal attempt at a film. We are highly aware of all the shortcomings but wanted to share what we consider an achievement.

Ghoul, as a semi professional videographer/video artist I thought your movie was put together very well.
Editing is the make it or break point and it looked nothing like a first time attempt.
Out of curiosity what are you shooting and editing with?

Sigma, For some reason (music licensing perhaps?), the film can not be view via mobile device. But, It is HD and looks spiffy on a computer.

Toast, I am shooting on a Cannon Rebel (some Countour HD cam footage too) and special effects are done in Adobe After Effects with most of that material supplied by Video CoPilot's Action Essential 2 pack.  The editing was done via premier Pro.

Thanks for the feedback.  We are tempted to try a second film.

Keep at it Ghoul! You have good tools to work with, especially the Adobe suite (that's what I use).
Looking forward to your next video.

Fun video!  Good short story and very cool with all the special effects.  I'm very low tech and I'm sure that took a ton of editing to achieve what you accomplished, well done!
