A "Guns Owned" category like at Airsoft Players would be nice too <img src=icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>

I agree, trying to find out who someone is and not being able to because there's nothing on the bios page is annoying, and as for the gun idea, I think it's great.  That way people don't have to ask so many questions about who has what for weapons.

Sounds like a good idea to me Vell.  I will be moving the web site to a new server soon, and will be implementing a few new things with the forums.  Soon, no one with an invalid e-mail address will be able to post on the forums.  I'll see what I can do about making most of the fields on the forum bio pages mandatory as well.
I'll also see what I can do about the 'guns owned' part.  Only thing with that is that most people buy and sell so often, and rarely - if ever - think to update their bios.  I know my bio for AirsoftPlayers is QUITE old.

Thank you, Paco.  It may not mean a lot to some people, but the board is getting crowded and many of the people posting do not give us anything about themselves.  Part of the lure of this sport is to meet like-minded people, but it is hard if they basically post and run away!

Members Bio Page

This suggestion is not exactly new, but I thought it might help to renew the interest.

What about making it mandatory for a member's bio page to be filled out before allowing them access to, or posting on, the forums?  I'm sure I am not the only one who is tired of reading messages by people that will not identify themselves.  If you want to socialize with other airsofters, fill out the bio page, and...SOUND OFF LIKE YOU GOT A PAIR!

I hope this helps. <img src=icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle>
